Cub at an Air Show

Short Caption:

Cubs were perfect for stunts at air shows, races, and carnivals- like taking off from a platform on a car.

Description:

Cubs were perfect for stunts at air shows, races, and carnivals. The airplane was so slow, small, and maneuverable that it could take off from and land on a platform attached to a moving car, or allow a “Flying Farmer” (a disguised pilot) to “steal” one and fly it wildly but safely in front of the skeptical crowd.
